Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@thejaarvibes.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your product.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.

Note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned.
